Our Ancient Grain All-Purpose Baking Flour is great for flat breads, short breads, crackers, biscuits and more!
We custom grind Einkorn, Spelt, and Khorasan flours, in house, to make this unique, one of a kind blend of flour. We sift out a little more than half the bran and germ, so your baked goods will be light and fluffy, with a rich ancient grain flavor!
The ancient grains that make up this blend are grown on small family farms and are tested for glyphosate.
